Cairo is a new requirement for pango-1.10 and gtk+-2.8.

Found stable in:
http://www.novell.com/products/linuxpackages/professional/cairo.html
http://packages.gentoo.org/packages/?category=x11-libs;name=cairo
http://packages.ubuntu.com/breezy/source/libcairo

As a gtk2 requirement, it will eventually be made stable on all distros.

Building requires the new glitz packages, and documentation requires
gtk-doc.
